The 20th IEEE International Conference on RFID (IEEE RFID 2026) will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico from June 16-18, 2026, and we are currently accepting high-quality workshop proposals! The goal of workshops is to engage the conference attendees with high-level talks, panel discussions, demos, or other forms of activities that lead to meaningful engagement with the audience. (Unlike special sessions, workshops do not require accepted papers for presentation.)

These workshops should highlight a specific field related to RFID technology or a topic at the frontier of RFID technology. Accepted workshops will be scheduled within the conference program. Example workshop ideas include: RFID for high-consequence applications, flexible electronics, trends in RFID tag design, etc. Members of academia and industry, alike, are encouraged to propose workshop ideas.

The Workshop Proposal deadline is Monday, December 8, 2025. Proposal submission procedures are listed below! See you in Santa Fe next summer!
